建設(shè)規(guī)模：廠房整體擴(kuò)建兩跨，建筑面積13130平方米，將其他型號(hào)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)引入到MTUTZ的服務(wù)中，以允許產(chǎn)能增加到預(yù)測(cè)的450SV。
Construction scale: the overall factory will be extended for two spans with a building area of 13,130m2 , and engines of other models will be introduced into MTUTZ service to increase the production capacity to the predicted 450SV.
本次擴(kuò)建工程于珠海保稅區(qū)摩天宇航空改動(dòng)機(jī)維修有限公司內(nèi)現(xiàn)有1號(hào)修理廠房及附屬現(xiàn)狀東北方向進(jìn)行擴(kuò)建，擴(kuò)建寬度為48米，占地約9140平方米，建筑面積13130平方米。廠房設(shè)有局部地下室、地下管廊南北號(hào)廠房北側(cè)新建兩處管廊出入口。對(duì)現(xiàn)有1號(hào)建筑東北側(cè)道路進(jìn)行拆除，食堂東北側(cè)道路向北延伸，與擴(kuò)建后1號(hào)廠房周?chē)F(xiàn)有道路形成環(huán)路，滿(mǎn)足工藝運(yùn)輸需求，并滿(mǎn)足消防車(chē)輛通行、撲救要求。同時(shí)，于東北側(cè)兩處物流出入口處將道路寬度擴(kuò)寬3米，方便運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛進(jìn)出廠房。
The extension project is extended from existing 1# repair factory and auxiliary factory in MTU Maintenance Zhuhai Co. Ltd. to northeast, with an extension width of 48m, floor area of 9140m2 and building area of 13,130m2. The factory is built with a local basement and underground pipe gallery, which are extended to north and south accordingly, and two new pipe gallery entrances are constructed on north side of the 1# factory. The road on northeast of existing 1# building is removed, the road on northeast of dining hall is extended northward, which forms a ring together with the existing roads around the extended 1# factory, so as to meet the requirements on process transportation as well as traffic and operation demand of fire-fighting vehicles. Meanwhile, the road at the two logistics entrances on northeast is widened by 3m for the convenience of transportation vehicles’ entry into and exit from the factory.
現(xiàn)有1號(hào)修理廠房位于廠區(qū)中部，擴(kuò)建后建筑東北部距離廠區(qū)圍墻距離約18米。東南側(cè)與11號(hào)食堂相鄰，距離約23米，西北側(cè)是預(yù)留用地。詳見(jiàn)施工圖紙及工程量清單。
The existing 1# repair factory is in the middle of the plant, and its northeast side will be about 18m from the fence of the plant after extension. Its southeast side is adjacent to 11# dining hall with a distance of about 23m, and its northwest side is a reserved land. For details, please see the construction drawings and bill of quantities.
在三期主廠房擴(kuò)建工程實(shí)施的同時(shí)，需要對(duì)1號(hào)修理廠房進(jìn)行消防改造，消防改造過(guò)程需采取有效的安全隔離措施，保證消防改造施工不影響1號(hào)修理廠房的正常生產(chǎn)與運(yùn)行（消防改造過(guò)程1號(hào)修理廠房發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)維修工作是不停止的）。1號(hào)修理廠房消防改造方案圖紙；具體見(jiàn)附件文件。
During construction of the Phase-III Main Factory Extension Project, fire-fighting of 1# repair factory shall be improved by taking effective security isolation measures, without affecting its normal production and operation (engine repair is not stopped during fire-fighting improvement of 1# repair factory).
